Will I own the business?
Yes. You will own and operate your clinic as a limited company under the Freyja Medical brand. You’ll retain ownership of your local business, staff, and equipment, while licensing the brand, systems, and support from us. This allows you to build long-term value in your clinic while benefiting from central resources and standards.
Do I need to be a dermatologist?
No. Our partners can be GPs, GPs with dermatology specialist interests, or aesthetic doctors with strong governance skills. If you’re not a clinician, you’ll need to partner with someone who is GMC-registered and can act as the clinical lead.
Do I need CQC or HIW registration?
Yes, as this is a regulated clinical service. We guide you step-by-step through the registration process and provide documentation, SOPs, and templates to support your application.
How much can I earn?
Earnings vary depending on your local market, service mix, and clinic capacity. Clinics are likely reach break-even in just 4–6 months, and generate strong six-figure revenue in Year 2. Full financial forecasts are available in our Applicant Pack.
Can I offer aesthetic treatments?
Absolutely — so long as they are evidence-based, skin-related, and delivered safely by qualified professionals. Examples include injectables, Profhilo, microneedling, etc.
Can I own a clinic if I’m not a doctor?
Yes, but only in partnership with a clinical lead. You may invest as a business partner, but the clinical governance must be handled by someone eligible to act as the CQC or HIW registered manager.
What support will I receive after launch?

What’s the time commitment? Can I run this part-time?
